How it works
Create an account and top up
Sign up with your email address and add prepaid balance with a one-time payment.
Create an API key
Generate an API key in the console. Keep it secret; it authorizes charges to your balance.
Call the API
Set the base URL to https://api.koozhan.com/v1 and send requests. Usage is deducted from your balance.

What you buy
- Prepaid Koozhan AI balance, used to pay for API requests at the per-token prices on our pricing page.
- Top-ups are charged in Chinese yuan (CNY), from ¥50 to ¥5,000 per payment. The exchange rate and the balance you will receive are shown before you pay.
- Each top-up is a one-time payment. There are no subscriptions and no automatic renewals.
Delivery and refunds
- Your balance is credited to your account automatically once the payment is confirmed.
- Unused top-ups can be refunded in full within 7 days of payment. See the Refund Policy.
- Orders placed through FastSpring checkout are sold by FastSpring.com, our authorized reseller. See Payments and Billing. Koozhan AI never receives or stores your full card number.
Frequently asked questions
Is Koozhan AI a subscription?
No. You add prepaid balance with one-time payments and your usage is deducted from that balance. Nothing renews automatically.
How am I billed?
Each request is billed by the number of input and output tokens at the price listed for that model. You can review every request and its cost in your console.
Which payment methods are accepted?
The methods available to you are shown at checkout and currently include Alipay. Top-ups are charged in CNY.
Do you store my prompts?
We process request and response content as needed to complete requests, troubleshoot, audit security and verify billing, and we keep request metadata. How long we keep content depends on feature configuration, operations, troubleshooting and security needs. We never use your data to train any model. See the Privacy Policy.
Does my balance expire?
Paid balance does not expire while your account is in good standing.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If you have not used the service since a top-up, you can request a full refund within 7 days of payment. Duplicate or unauthorized charges are always reviewed. See the Refund Policy.
Are you affiliated with OpenAI or Anthropic?
No. Koozhan AI is an independent service operated by Sunyears, Inc. Model names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
