Koozhan AI (酷站AI) is an AI API product developed and operated by Sunyears, Inc. Orders placed through FastSpring checkout are sold by FastSpring.com, our authorized reseller and merchant of record; where direct checkout is offered, Sunyears, Inc. sells directly. Checkout shows who you are buying from. Koozhan AI is a product brand, not a separate legal entity.

What you buy

You buy prepaid Koozhan AI balance, which pays for API usage at the prices on our pricing page. Each top-up is a one-time payment. There are no subscriptions and nothing renews automatically.

Who sells your order

Orders placed through FastSpring checkout

  • Our order process is conducted by our online reseller FastSpring.com. For these orders FastSpring is the merchant of record: your purchase is made from FastSpring, and FastSpring's terms of sale and privacy policy apply to the payment.
  • FastSpring sends your order confirmation and receipt, and handles payment processing and sales tax.
  • Your card or payment statement shows a FastSpring descriptor (such as “FSPRG”) rather than Koozhan AI.
  • For billing questions you can contact us or FastSpring buyer support.

Orders sold directly by Sunyears, Inc.

  • Where direct checkout is offered, Sunyears, Inc. is the seller and processes the payment through its payment processor.
  • Your statement shows “KOOZHAN AI”.

The checkout page always shows who you are buying from before you pay. In every case your use of Koozhan AI is governed by our Terms of Service, and Sunyears, Inc. provides the service and customer support.

Payment methods and currency

Top-ups are charged in Chinese yuan (CNY). The payment methods available depend on the checkout and your region and are shown before you pay; they currently include Alipay. Koozhan AI never receives or stores your full card number or payment account password.

Delivery

Koozhan AI is a digital service; nothing is shipped. Your balance is credited to your account automatically once the payment is confirmed. If it does not appear, email [email protected] with your order number.

Refunds

Our Refund Policy applies to every order: an unused top-up can be refunded in full within 7 days of payment. Send requests to [email protected]. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method by the seller of the order: FastSpring for FastSpring orders, Sunyears, Inc. for direct orders.
